Cancellations & no‑shows: Free up to 12 hours before your appointment; within 12 hours a $49 late‑change fee applies. No‑shows are billed the lesser of $89 or quoted labor. Fees are waived for weather or safety issues.

FAQ

  • Yes. We maintain active insurance for mobile auto service operations.

  • Yes. We’ll install customer‑supplied parts with a signed waiver; workmanship is covered, but we can’t warranty parts we didn’t source. If a supplied part fails, labor to replace it isn’t covered.

  • 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor (whichever comes first). Exclusions: normal wear‑and‑tear items, customer‑supplied parts, pre‑existing damage, racing/off‑road use.

  • Private driveways or approved workplace lots. Some HOAs or city rules may restrict on‑street work.
